Today I cleaned out my email inbox and came across this message from one of the women at the top of my role model list.  said in an e-mail, "Hey, I get it- when you're navigating careers, cowboys, kids, and cattle it's hard to imagine how you'll fit one more thing into your already bustin' at the seams schedule … but remember friend, difficult things take time.
